Overview
Our Call Center Services generates qualified sales leads or complete sales for both new customer sales and/or existing customer sales, and/or collects market intelligence information. These Services are focused on the execution of the approved Marketing Plan and are generally done in concert with other elements of the Marketing Plan. These Services are staffed by topically intelligent Call Center resources. They utilize a centralized prospect database, which can be hosted by either The Frantz Group, Inc. (TFG) or by our customers. These Services are tailored for each opportunity and can include:
