Background Info - Common Sales Support Roles

There are typically three levels of Sales Support Roles: 

Lower Level Support that provides "behind the scenes" administrative assistance to the Sales Reps.

Intermediate Level Support that provides support services directly to the customers after the initial sale.

High Level Support that provides expert industry, or expert product/service knowledge, training, and consulting, directly to the prospect or customer, in concert with the Sales Rep, before or after the initial sale.
