Introduction
Oncontact has been a developer of CRM software since 1986. Oncontact is based in Milwaukee, WI and currently has over 400 customers. Oncontact offers two CRM products: Customer Management Software (CMS) and OncontactV

CMS was written using PowerBuilder technology and has been available since 1993. OncontactV was written using Microsoft's.NET (c#) technology and has been available since February, 2005. Both products are client server based offerings, and offer strong application functionality, that support several database platforms, including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase. 

Both CRM products can be purchased directly from Oncontact, or indirectly through a network of Authorized Business Partners. The Frantz Group, one of K&A's Associate Companies, is an Authorized Business Partner for Oncontact.

Both products are sold on a named user, concurrent user, and a site license basis. Implementation, Integration, and Support Services are available from Oncontact, The Frantz Group, and K&A.
