This document will include our understanding of the project scope, our recommended products and/or services, our recommended implementation approach, our recommended budget, and the business impact that you can expect from your investment in our products and/or services.

All current K&A Clients can expect that:

  • Your requests for services will always take precedent over the requests for services from K&A's new clients, relative to the scheduling of K&A resources.
  • You can expect to be so pleased with your purchase of K&A's products and/or services that you will be willing to assist K&A with K&A's ongoing sales efforts.
  • If applicable, K&A will advise you if your requirements can be better satisfied by other vendor's products and/or services.

All K&A Associates can expect that:

  • You will always be deployed to Client projects that match your skills and capabilities.
  • You will always receive a clear, written description of the relevant background information, including a summary of the client's expectations, an overview of the project scope, and a summary of the proposed K&A products and/or services. 
  • K&A will never ask you to compromise doing the "right thing" for the client.
