- We provide written documentation of our recommended approach, recommended Products and/or Services, and expected business impact.
- We provide written documentation of the responsibilities required for both K&A and the client on each client project.
- We will do everything, within our control, to deliver the proposed Products and/or Services as promised, and to help our clients achieve the expected impact on their businesses.
- We will not hesitate to decline pursuing new sales opportunities, if 1) they are not an excellent fit for our Products and/or Services, or 2) we determine that the client lacks the management commitment and/or skills to properly utilize the proposed K&A Products and/or Services.
